Tender: Repair & Maintenance of Office Building, Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Peshawar

Issuer: Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Custom House, Peshawar.

Purpose: E-Bids/Sealed bids are invited for Repair and Maintenance of Office Building in Custom House for the Collectorate of Customs (Enforcement), Peshawar.

Key conditions and requirements:

• Bid security must be a Call Deposit bearing the name of the firm in favor of Assistant Collector (HO), Collector of Customs (Enforcement), Peshawar, issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan; cash/cheque will not be accepted.
• Technical envelope must be duly stamped and signed, include firm name, address, representative signature, tax registration details, and completion certificates of similar works done during the last 5 years.
• Owner should submit the application and collect the tender personally; if an authorized person acts, an authority letter on firm letterhead plus attested copy of CNIC is required and must be uploaded in the technical envelope and presented at bid opening.
• Documentary evidence must be submitted as per the bidding documents; non-compliance may lead to rejection.
• Procuring Agency may reject all bids as per applicable procurement rules. Bidding will follow Public Procurement Rules 2004 and e-Pak Procurement Regulations, 2023.
