AKAHP Invitation to Bid: Supply of HDPE Pipes & Fittings for DWSS (Chitral & Gilgit)

AKAHP invites sealed bids from reputable, financially sound and experienced manufacturers or authorized suppliers for the supply of HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) pipes and fittings for Drinking Water Supply System (DWSS) projects in the Chitral and Gilgit regions. Eligible bidders must be ISO 9001 (or equivalent) certified manufacturers or authorized suppliers, registered with relevant tax authorities, and experienced in supplying pipes and fittings of similar nature and scale.

Bidding method: Single Stage - One Envelope. Bidders must submit a single bid covering the complete scope of supply for the region(s) they apply for; partial bids within a region will not be considered. Detailed bidding documents, including technical specifications, eligibility requirements, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions, and submission instructions, may be obtained via email from the regional focal persons below.

Key dates and submission details:

• Pre-bid meeting: 2026-06-12 at 11:00 AM.
• Submission deadline: 2026-06-19 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM at the respective AKAHP offices in Chitral and Gilgit-Baltistan. Late submissions will not be accepted.
