Ministry of Industries & Production — Pre-Qualification for Maintenance Services (Islamabad)

The Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan invites pre-qualification proposals from reputed firms/vendors located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi for repair and maintenance works including official vehicles (Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, motorcycles), hardware and IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners, laptops, servers), machinery and office equipment (photocopiers, fax, air conditioners, electric geysers), repainting and furniture repair, software maintenance, and office building maintenance.

Pre-qualification documents are available from the Ministry at Podium A-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad and on the Ministry/PPRA websites. Interested firms with NTN, GST, Vendor Number and an Active Tax Payer Certificate should submit sealed proposals to Podium A-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad by 2026-07-27 10:30 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Electronic proposals will not be entertained except where submission through the PPRA e-portal is required.
