Falcon Complex New Malir, Karachi (Assistant Director Housing) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure (Technical & Financial) for the following works at AFOHS New Malir, Karachi.

Eligibility & submission requirements: firm must be registered with PEC (C-4 or above); minimum three years' relevant experience with company profile; valid NTN; active taxpayer with FBR. Bidding documents are available from 2026-08-24 upon submission of a non-refundable bank draft of Rs. 10,000 for item 1(a) and Rs. 6,000 for item 1(b) in favor of "Directorate of Housing (Proj-I), Air Headquarters, Islamabad." Completed tender documents with requisite supporting documents must reach the office of the Assistant Director (Housing), Falcon Complex New Malir by 31 August 2026 at 11:00 hours. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours in the presence of bidders.
