PRMSC Request for Bids – Supply & Commissioning of Bulk Flow and Household Water Meters

Issuer: Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) under the Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply & Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP). The project is financed in part by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank).

Purpose: Sealed bids are invited for the supply, installation and commissioning of bulk flow meters and household water meters for PRSWSSP.

Procurement Method: National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using a Single-Stage, Single-Envelope Request for Bids (RFB) procedure in accordance with World Bank procurement rules.

How to Obtain Bidding Documents: Bidding documents (in English) may be inspected at and purchased from the Office of the Employer upon submission of a written application and payment of the non-refundable document fee. Documents may be inspected from 0900 to 1700 hours. Further information and document purchase is available from the Office of the Employer.

Bid Submission and Opening: Bids must be delivered to the Employer’s address by the deadline stated in the bidding documents; bids will be publicly opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
