A public sector organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department (having their own offices with telephone numbers/fax numbers) for the supply/purchase of various items as listed below. Tender documents are obtainable from the office of Head (Procurement) on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 09:00 and 13:00 except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays on submission of the prescribed tender fee (non-refundable) in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order payable to P.R. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Call deposit will not be accepted.
Tenders will be received up to the specified opening date at 13:00 hours and will be opened the same day at 13:30 hours (package-wise) in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents, Earnest Money and other conditions are available from the procurement office. Tenders can also be seen on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk).
