Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (EIDMC) invites electronic proposals from eligible, FBR-registered law firms/companies for the hiring of a legal firm on a retainer basis. The procurement will follow the Single-Stage-Two-Envelope procedure under the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0).
Key instructions include submission of a Bid Security in the prescribed form (Pay Order, Demand Draft, Banker’s Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Bid Securing Declaration) and uploading of the scanned copy of the Bid Security on EPADS. Original hard copy of the Bid Security must be delivered to the address below before the closing date and time. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
