Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi, Mansehra invites sealed tenders for the remaining work of five Family Accommodations. Eligible contractors must have renewed Pakistan Engineering Council registration for 2025-26 (PEC category C5 or above) and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Purchase and Procurement Authority.

Bidding documents, including BOQs, are available from the Engineer Office upon payment of Rs.5,000 (non-refundable). Submit sealed bids with 2% earnest money (call deposit or bank draft in the name of Principal, Pakistan Scouts Cadet College Batrasi Mansehra), 2025–2026 Income Tax certificate, photocopy of the owner’s National Identity Card, PEC registration, an affidavit on Rs.1,200 stamp paper stating the firm is not blacklisted, and proof of FBR active taxpayer status.
