Cease & Desist: Unauthorized Use of "VICTOR" Trademark — Victor Rackets Ind. Corp.

Issuer: Victor Rackets Ind. Corp., Taiwan (R.O.C.), proprietor of the registered trademark "VICTOR" (Trademark Registration No. 236085).

Notice purpose: A public cease and desist warning against unauthorized manufacture, sale, offering for sale, distribution, marketing or use of the VICTOR trademark or any identical or deceptively similar mark on badminton and sports goods.

Authorized distributor named in the notice: Zerex Enterprise, address given as 2-KM Aminabad Road, Sialkot, Pakistan. All concerned persons, traders, distributors, manufacturers or sellers are advised not to purchase, sell, distribute or deal in any unauthorized VICTOR product.

Legal remedies: The proprietor and its authorized distributor reserve rights to initiate legal proceedings for trademark infringement, passing off, injunction, recovery of damages and profits, delivery up and destruction of infringing goods under the Trade Marks Ordinance, 2008 and other applicable laws of Pakistan.

Deadline and compliance: Addressees are given TWENTY (20) DAYS from publication of the notice to cease the described activities and provide written confirmation of compliance; failure to comply will result in appropriate legal action at the risk and cost of the defaulting party.
