Civil Court, Faisalabad has issued a notice in a case for tanseekh-e-nikah (annulment of marriage) filed by Ms. Misbah Zia against Ali Raza son of Abdul Majeed, originally of Thana/Tehsil and District Narowal and presently residing on Ameer Road near Rani Chowk, Lahore.
The defendant has avoided service of summons; therefore, by newspaper advertisement he is informed to appear in person or through counsel in court on 2026-07-11 at 08:00 AM. No excuse will be accepted after that date.
