Invitation for Bids: Pre-Engineered Industrial Hub (PEB) — Daanish University, Islamabad

Issuer: Daanish University Trust. Daanish University Islamabad invites sealed financial bids from prequalified construction firms for the construction of an Industrial Hub comprising predominantly Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) works, including steel structure, associated civil works, MEP, HVAC, foundations, roofing, cladding and other allied works as specified in the bidding documents.

Eligibility:

Participation is restricted to construction firms already prequalified/enlisted with Daanish University Trust having category C-3 or above with the relevant specialization code(s) applicable to the proposed works, including BC01 – Prefabricated Buildings and Steel-Framed Buildings / Industrial Plants, as applicable. Firms must maintain valid PEC registration and all other applicable statutory registrations and clearances at the time of bidding and throughout execution. Bidders must demonstrate technical capability, relevant experience and resources required for predominantly steel-structured PEB construction.

Important Instructions:

1. Bidding documents, including scope of work, specifications, drawings, bill of quantities and other relevant details, are available on the PPRA website and Daanish University Trust website (www.du.edu.pk), and may be obtained from the Office of the Secretary, Daanish University Trust, Room No. 227, D-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad during office hours.

2. The financial bid must be complete, prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted in a sealed envelope at the address given by 2024-09-24 02:00 p.m.. Late bids will not be entertained.

3. The sealed envelope shall be clearly marked: "FINANCIAL BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL HUB – DAANISH UNIVERSITY, ISLAMABAD".

4. Procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable Government rules. Daanish University Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
