Admissions Open — BS Medical Laboratory Technology (Semester) at Shaikha Fatima Institute, Lahore

Issuer: Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute, Lahore. Program: BS Medical Laboratory Technology (semester-based) affiliated with University of Health Sciences, Lahore. Session: FALL 2028.

Eligibility: Candidates must pass HSSC (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with at least 60% aggregate. Merit will be calculated on HSSC/Matric/entry test weightage (see below). Applications are invited from male and female candidates.

How to apply: Application forms are available from the Institute Accounts Section on payment of Rs. 1,500/- by bank challan (National Bank of Pakistan, Shaikh Zayed Hospital Branch, Branch No. 1707, A/c No. 3154820695) during office hours. Submit completed application with required attested documents to the Admin Office.

Required documents (duly attested): Matric & FSc (Part-I & II) certificates (2 copies), Domicile certificate (2 copies), Computerized ID Card / B-Form (2 copies), Candidate's father computerized ID card (2 copies), four passport-size photographs. Note: No hostel facility is provided.

Merit weightage: Matric/Equivalent 10%, HSSC (Pre-Medical Part-II/Equivalent) 40%, Entry Test 50%. Candidates must submit their final HSSC (Pre-Medical) Part-II or equivalent result to the Admin Office within three days of its announcement, otherwise their name may be removed from the merit list.
