The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has issued a proclamation under Section 12 of the National Accountability Ordinance (NAO), 1999 in an investigation concerning the management of Highland Resort and Country Club, Sangra, District Haripur. By Order No. 11/20 NAD (CF) dated 22-06-2006, NAB has restrained the disposal or transfer of properties of the accused until further orders.
No transfer, change of ownership, or disposal in any manner is allowed against the listed properties until further orders.
