Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). Contract appointments (lump-sum pay) for Market Implementation & Regulatory Affairs Department (MIRAD). Applications invited for two contractual positions based at PESCO Headquarters, Peshawar.

Candidate should understand regulatory affairs, bilateral contract and bidding processes. Knowledge of electricity market is an advantage. | Up to 40 years |
| Deputy Manager (Legal & Contract) | 1 | LLB (16 years) or LLM from HEC-recognized university | Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in contract law, corporate/commercial law or regulatory litigation, preferably involving the power/energy sector or public sector utilities. | Up to 40 years |
