Balochistan Aviation Company, Quetta invites applications from qualified, experienced and motivated aviation professionals for the following contract-based positions in Quetta. Pay and packages will be compatible for all posts. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview. Maximum age limit for all appointments is 54 years. | Flight Surgeon | MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution with acceptable postgraduate training or certification in aviation medicine. Registration with PMDC and eligibility/approval for Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) role as per PCAA/ICAO Annex-1. Minimum 3–5 years clinical experience preferably with aviation medicine or occupational health exposure; proven experience in aeromedical assessment, flight medical fitness, in-flight medical support and operational aviation safety. | 01 |
| Quality Assurance Manager | MBA (preferably) or Master’s degree from HEC-recognized university. Minimum of 15 years progressive experience including at least 10 years in quality, safety and SMS systems within aviation or related organizations. Proven experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems and Safety Management Systems (SMS), safety assurance, internal audits, documentation control and regulatory compliance. Recommended trainings: ISO Lead Auditor, ICAO SMS, Dangerous Goods, HSE and human factors courses. | 01 |
| Accounts Associate | Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Economics. Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in accounts, budgeting and financial management. Experience in government or aviation-related organizations preferred. Skills in financial rules, auditing, record maintenance, bank reconciliations, preparation of financial statements and budget forecasting are required. | 01 |
