Open Tender Notice 63-65/2026 – Supply & Installation (Clean Room Fixtures, ACs, Tempered Glass & Vinyl)

Head Procurement, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis (registered with Sales Tax Department) for supply and installation works. Bidders must have their own offices with telephone and fax facilities.

How to obtain tender documents: Detailed specifications, terms & conditions are available on request in writing on firm’s letterhead along with bank draft/pay order in favor of Head LAO, P.O. Box 1021, Islamabad. Tender documents can be obtained from the undersigned.

Bid security: Tender/bid must be accompanied by 2% earnest money (order value inclusive of GST) in favor of Head LAO, P.O. Box 1021, Islamabad. Tenders without required earnest money will not be accepted.

Submission & opening: Tenders must be submitted by the stated receiving time on the opening date. Tenders received after the due date/time or received after opening shall not be entertained. Original bank draft should be received by the office one day before the opening date. The last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before opening date.

Other important conditions: Tender validity shall remain 60 days from the opening date. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations. Postal delays shall be the responsibility of the tenderer. Tender documents will not be issued to firms who have failed to supply stores against previous orders.
