Submission address and opening: Bids must reach the office of the undersigned by the deadline. Bids will be opened by the respective committee in the Conference Room, NHA Regional Office (Sindh-South), Karachi in the presence of bidders.
Conditions: All expenditures (loading, unloading and NHA weigh station charges for obtaining actual weight) are payable by the successful bidder. The item will be released to the successful bidder on a per kg rate basis as per actual weight receipt of NHA Weigh Station (Hatri). All government taxes will be charged from the successful bidder as per prevailing rates for filer and non-filer. NHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
