Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). PESCO invites e-bids from eligible bidders for procurement of equipment as detailed below. Bidding will be conducted electronically through the EPADS v2.0 e-Procurement system. Single-stage two-envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with applicable procurement rules and regulations.

Key submission details:
- Submission method: Electronic bids to be submitted on EPADS v2.0. Bidders must register on the EPADS portal and follow instructions for e-bidding.
- Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee issued from a scheduled bank in Pakistan and in the name of CEO PESCO, Peshawar, as specified in the bidding documents. The original bid security with a covering letter must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Manager Material Management, Room #311, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar.
- Deadline for electronic submission: 2020-09-07 at 10:00 AM PKT.
- Bid opening: 2020-09-07 at 10:30 AM PKT (online opening for technically responsive bids).
