Issuer: Directorate General of Immigration & Passports (Government of Pakistan), Mauve Area, Sector G-8/1, Islamabad. Sealed technical and financial proposals are invited from NTN/GST-registered firms for procurement of automated security document verification systems, a video spectral comparator and allied forensic equipment for the Forensic Section of DGIP (Tender No. 01/02/26/Forensic/DGIP).

How to obtain documents: Tender documents and detailed technical specifications can be collected from the Logistics Section (Room No. 207) of DGIP on formal request upon payment of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) by Bank Draft / Pay Order in favor of Director General I&P.
Submission & opening: Proposals (single stage, two-envelope procedure under PPRA rules) must reach the undersigned by 2026-09-14 at 03:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on 2026-09-14 at 03:30 PM in the Conference Room. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later and announced subsequently.
Bid security: Original tender security totaling Rs. 8,992,000 is required (Lot-1: Rs. 8,925,000; Lot-2: Rs. 67,000) to be attached with the Financial Proposal as Pay Order / Demand Draft / Bank Guarantee in favor of DGIP. A copy of the bid bond should be attached with the Technical Proposal. Incomplete bids or bids without required security will not be entertained.
Other key conditions: Manufacturers and authorized vendors may participate. Quantities may be increased or decreased. All taxes as per government rules apply. Successful suppliers must deliver within 16–20 weeks after contract signing. DGIP reserves the right to accept/reject/cancel tenders under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The tender is also posted on PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk).
