Eligibility & bid security: Contractors must be registered with PEC and relevant Khyber Pakhtunkhwa authorities and have renewed their licenses. 2% earnest money as shown against each package is required. Bid security/additional security shall be furnished as specified in the tender (e.g., CDR where applicable). Bids must comply with KPPRA rules and relevant notifications.
