Government of the Punjab, Youth Affairs & Sports Department invites e-bids on lot basis for framework contracts from firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers (and JVs if applicable) engaged in trading, registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). Bidders must submit E-bids for each lot separately; participation in more than one lot is allowed.
Submission method & portal: Complete e-bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. E-bid submission and opening schedule (Punjab e-Procurement):

Bid Security: Each e-bid must be accompanied by an E-Bid Security equal to the amount shown below for each lot, in favour of Section Officer (General), Youth Affairs & Sports Department. Note: "Bid Security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order shall not be accepted." The original Bid Security must also be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the Bidding Document Number, lot and title, to the address below before the E-bid submission deadline.
