Tender: Installation of Solar System at Hub & Turbat Offices — Board of Revenue, Balochistan (Closing 2026-09-08)

Issuer: Board of Revenue, Balochistan (Balochistan Land Revenue Management Information System).

Procurement purpose: Execution of installation of solar system at Hub and Turbat offices for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on percentage rates.

Eligibility & requirements:

• Registration at the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (mandatory for all bidders).
• Presence on Active Tax Payer List.
• Bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Pakistan/Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required.
• Must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature.
• Minimum turnover of at least PKR 6,860,000 in two consecutive previous years.
• Valid electrical contractor license from the Energy Department, Balochistan.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Bid security: 2% of the bid price in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.
