Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites e-Bids (Request for Proposals) from eligible consultancy firms registered in Pakistan for the development and modification of various locations/projects of CDA in Islamabad. Bidding will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
