Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites e-bids from reputed, financially sound firms and nurseries registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Professional Tax for procurement of plants on an annual framework contract basis for FY 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Punjab Procurement Rules (Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure).
Key participation requirements: valid tax registration, relevant experience, and submission through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bidders must submit bid security as specified per lot. Tender documents and submission are electronic via https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/.
