Tender Notice — District Health Officer Ghotki (Mirpur Mathelo) EPADS Procurement 2026-27

Issuer: Office of the District Health Officer, Ghotki (Mirpur Mathelo). Notice inviting tenders for financial year 2026-27 through the E-Plus Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).

Eligible bidders: Manufacturers, Importers, Authorized Distributors listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR/PRC (as applicable). Bids shall follow Rule-16(1) single stage two-envelope procedure. Bidding documents and forms can be downloaded and viewed on the EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS. The original instrument of the tender fee must be submitted to the undersigned prior to the bid submission deadline. E-bids will be opened on the same day in the office of the District Health Officer. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended) and relevant provisions; tender opening may be postponed to the next working day in case of public holiday or unforeseen circumstances.
