EOI: Consultancy for Financial Sustainability, Market & Perception Assessment — Pakistan Red Crescent (PRCS) Islamabad

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) National Headquarters, Islamabad invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified firms or experienced consultancy firms/individuals to provide consultancy services to strengthen resource mobilization through Financial Sustainability, Market and Stakeholder Perception Assessments.

Scope and deliverables include three main components:

Key requirements and conditions:

• Assignment is expected to be completed in approximately 10 weeks from contract commencement.
• PRCS prefers one company/consultancy firm to undertake all components to ensure complementary delivery, but individual consultants may be considered where appropriate.
• Interested and eligible firms/individuals must submit sealed Technical and Financial proposals in accordance with the Tender Documents and Terms of Reference.
• Technical proposals will be opened prior to financial proposals; submissions received after the deadline or by unauthorized representatives will not be entertained.
