Notice to Creditors — Submit Claims for M/s Shaheen Air International Ltd (Under Liquidation)

Official Liquidator Mr. Muhammad Sohail (Advocate Supreme Court), appointed pursuant to the Islamabad High Court winding-up Order in respect of M/s Shaheen Air International Limited (under liquidation), invites all creditors to prove their claims.

Creditors must submit a sworn proof of claim in the prescribed form together with supporting documents and particulars of any security or priority claimed. Proofs and supporting documents must be delivered by hand to the Official Liquidator or sent by registered post or email by the specified deadline. Late claims may be excluded from participation in any distribution or meeting.
