| Manager – Electrical | Up to 45 years | B.Sc./B.E. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. 10–15 years experience in electrical maintenance/operation of power plants, switchgear, transformers, protection, high-voltage systems; supervisory/managerial experience preferred. |
| Manager – Mechanical | Up to 45 years | B.Sc./B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. 10–15 years experience in mechanical maintenance and reliability of plant equipment, rotating machinery, compressors and auxiliaries; supervisory/managerial exposure preferred. |
| Manager – HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) | Up to 45 years | Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Environmental Sciences or Occupational Health & Safety from HEC-recognized institution. Minimum 10–15 years professional HSE experience in heavy industry/power with demonstrated familiarity with NEPRA, EPA and safety management systems; experience in emergency response and regulatory compliance. |
| Manager – Security | Up to 55 years | Bachelor's or Master's in Public Administration, Security Management, War Studies, Management Sciences or equivalent. Preference for retired Armed Forces officers (rank equivalent Lt. Col. & above) with relevant security/administration experience and a sound service record. |
