HAZECO Invitation for E-Bids (NCB No. 03-04/2026-27) – Civil Maintenance & Road Works

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed electronic bids under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding for civil works. Bidders must be registered with PPRA (EPDAS) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid renewal for 2026-27.

Key eligibility and submission notes:

• Registration with PPRA including EPDAS and valid PEC registration (renewed for 2026-27) for the required financial category and specialization codes.
• Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in civil works, including successful completion of similar contracts (minimum number and time period as specified in bidding documents) and provide audited financial statements/turnover for the last three years.
• Procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope e-bidding procedure via the E-Paks Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Detailed instructions, bid security, and document submission requirements are provided in the bidding documents.
