Tender: Cleanliness Contract for Model Cattle Markets Chichawatni & Arifwala – PCMMDC Sahiwal (10-month)

Issuer: Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC), Sahiwal Division. Procurement under PPRA Rules 2014 using Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Registered firms/companies from registered service providers (Supplier/Firm/Company) are invited to submit Sealed Technical & Financial proposals via PPRA e-Procurement (e-Bids) for cleanliness services at model cattle markets.

Key instructions: Bids must be submitted only through the e-Procurement system. Technical and financial proposals will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope method. Financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened at a date/time to be announced. Bidders may attend opening. In case of an official holiday on the submission day, the next working day will be treated as closing date. Bid validity: 90 days from the last date for submission. Successful bidder must submit performance security/guarantee; bid security (5%) will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after contract award. PCMMDC Sahiwal Division reserves the right to accept/reject any bid per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Submission & opening: E-Bids will be closed on 2026-09-04 at 10:00 AM and opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Bid security must be 5% of the estimated price in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of "Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company Sahiwal Division."
