A public sector organization is seeking an experienced, analytical ERP Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, oversight and post-development optimization of an ERP system in a technologically challenging environment.

Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or Finance/Accounting
Certifications Relevant ERP software certifications
Experience Minimum 10 years relevant experience; proven full-lifecycle ERP implementations within manufacturing/industrial environments; expertise in process mapping, workflow design, internal controls and data analytics
Key responsibilities
  • Process assessment & gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and control weaknesses
  • Design ERP model integrating sales, procurement, production, inventory, financial/costing systems
  • Develop real-time dashboards and BI tools to monitor cost trends, procurement efficiency and resource utilization
  • Continuous optimization and reporting; identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions
