The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad invites bids from eligible Microsoft Authorized Licensing Solutions Partners (LSPs) for the supply of Microsoft Office 365 licenses under the Enrollment for Education Solutions (EES), together with operations support, migration services and capacity building under the Education Transformation Agreement (ETA). The selected bidder will manage HEC’s centralized Microsoft 365 tenants (currently hosting 200+ institutions), execute strategic separation and tenant-to-tenant migrations, provision EES licenses, manage the central tenant and infrastructure, and deliver ETA training activities.
