Tender: Construction of 23-Marla Multi-Storey Plaza for PCSIR Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Lahore

PCSIR Employees Cooperative Housing Society invites sealed bids for the construction of a multi-storey plaza/building (basement, ground + 4 floors) of approximately 23 Marlas, including structure, finishing, electrical, elevator, design and LDA approvals (consultancy). Eligible firms/contractors/developers must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license and have a minimum of five years' experience in framed-structure buildings.

Bill of Quantities (BOQ) is available for Rs. 3,000 from the society office (10:00–16:00) against a written request on company letterhead. All bids must include a bid security equal to 2% of the bid value and be delivered by hand or TCS to the society office before 2026-08-18 during office hours. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-23 at 17:00. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
