ANF North (Islamabad) Pre-Qualification Tender – Repair & Maintenance FY 2026-27

Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force North (Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control) invites firms/contractors/suppliers to pre-qualify for repair and maintenance works for Financial Year 2026-27. Interested parties must submit single-stage, one-envelope bids for individual categories. Tender documents are obtained from the office on payment and must be delivered to the Deputy Director (RM) by the deadline below.

Key instructions:

- Tender documents to be obtained from the RD ANF North office during office hours on payment of Rs. 1,500 per category (cash, non-refundable).

- Bids must be submitted in a single envelope clearly mentioning the category name in bold on the envelope. Only registered firms/contractors/suppliers will be entertained.

- Earnest money as specified in tender documents is mandatory; no application without earnest money will be accepted. Earnest money of successful bidders will remain in custody of the office for FY 2026-27.

- Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Bids will be opened manually by the Purchase Committee in presence of bidders or authorized nominees at 11:30 hrs.

- The Purchase Committee reserves the right to cancel any or all tenders under prevailing PPRA rules.

Pre-qualification documents required (summary):

• Registration certificate (FBR / GST & NTN).
• Certificate of sound financial position with last one year bank statement.
• Details of previous five years' work (experience) if any.
• Details of equipment, machinery & hired labour.
• Certificate confirming no litigation against the firm/company.
• Preferably authorized dealer for the mentioned categories and capability to provide all types of repair/maintenance services.

Application submission deadline: 2026-09-14 at 11:00 hrs. Bid opening at 11:30 hrs on the same day.
