WASA Rawalpindi Tender: Hiring Security Services for WASA Properties (One-Year Contract)

Punjab Water & Sanitation Authority (WASA), Rawalpindi invites sealed bids from reputable licensed security companies/firms for hiring security services (security supervisors / guards) for the safety and security of WASA Rawalpindi properties/sites. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System; manual bids are not acceptable.

Eligibility & bid conditions:

- Bids must be submitted on a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure: Financial Bid & Proposal in separate envelopes.

- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and upload bids there; manual bids are not acceptable.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of deposit at call / bank draft in favor of Managing Director, WASA Rawalpindi.

- Firms must hold a valid license of Security Company/Firms from the concerned Department/Authority and must not be blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

- Bidders must comply with prevailing labour laws including payment of minimum wages, social security, and EOBI; Procuring Agency reserves the right to seek proof of payment.

- The successful company/firm will be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes at the time of payment release as per Government of Punjab rules.
