Issuer: Municipal Committee Dina (By order of Administrator, Chief Officer MC Dina). Procurement method: Single Stage One Envelope under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All contractors/firms registered with PPRA for e-Procurement (e-PADS) and registered with FBR & PRA (NTN and PNTN) are invited to submit e-bids for civil works listed below. Bid security and original CDR amounts are indicated per package; bidders must follow Punjab E-Procurement portal rules.
Key submission details:
- Submit e-bids only through the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-PADS / eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Guidance is available on the procurement portal and official how-to resources.
- Bid documents must be submitted through the portal before 10:00 AM on 2026-09-12. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on 2026-09-12 in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
