Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital invites sealed/electronic bids from reputable firms/contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue for procurement of dental materials, instruments/equipment and stationery stores for FY 2026-2027. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2014 on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis via the e-Punjab Acquisitions & Disposal System (e-PADS).

Key submission and participation instructions:

- Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA/e-procurement sites: http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.

- Electronic bids must be submitted on the e-Punjab Acquisitions & Disposal System by 15-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via e-PADS.

- In addition to electronic submission, bidders must submit a hard copy of the technical bid (duly signed) along with the original bid security or the required bid security document at the Purchase Cell, Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital on or before 15-09-2026 at 11:00 AM.

- Bidders must comply with PPRA Rules 2014 and e-Punjab procedures. The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital is not responsible for any costs incurred by bidders for bid preparation, delivery or electronic submission.
