Issuer: Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed bids for the disposal/sale of approximately 20,800 metric tons (approx.) of sealed wheat stock lying in rice mills, grain merchants' warehouses and private godowns in District Usta Muhammad.

| Eligible Bidders | Registered/legitimate grain traders, feed manufacturers, industrial users and any other eligible entity approved by the Competent Authority. Bidders must possess valid CNIC, NTN, Sales Tax Registration (where applicable) and must not be blacklisted by any Government Department. |
| Inspection | Interested bidders may inspect the sealed wheat stock at the respective locations in District Usta Muhammad during District Muhammad office hours before submission of bids. No claim regarding quality, moisture or quantity will be entertained after submission. |
| Bid Security | Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 20.00 million in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Draft in favour of the Director General, Commodity Management, Balochistan. |
| Reserve Price | Benchmark reserve price is Rs. 3,500 per 40 kg (as fixed by Federal Government). |
| Payment & Delivery | Wheat will be released on 100% actual weight. Payment will be made on the basis of actual weight determined at time of delivery. Delivery will be supervised by an authorized Release Committee in presence of purchaser's representatives. Loading, transportation and incidental expenses to be borne by purchaser. Successful bidder shall make payment on spot to the warehouse/office offering the wheat stock. |
| Right of Acceptance | Bid Evaluation Committee reserves the right to accept or reject or cancel any or all bids, wholly or partly, without assigning any reason. |
| Submission & Opening | Bids shall be submitted on 2026-09-03 at 09:00 AM and will be opened on the same date. |
All bids and bid securities must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions issued by the Commodity Management Department. Bidders should address submissions to the Director General, Commodity Management, Government of Balochistan.
