Senior Superintendent of Police, Motor Transport, Balochistan, Quetta invites eligible firms/contractors to apply for Annual Rate of Contracting for supply contracts. Electronic bidding is mandatory via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPS); physical bids are not required. All bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA/Government of Balochistan.
How to obtain documents and submit bids:
Rate of Contracting documents (NIT and bidding documents) can be obtained from the office of the undersigned and may also be downloaded from the BPPRA website. Complete bids and supporting documents must be submitted through the EPS. Technical and financial submission and opening will follow the published schedule; bids are opened in the office of the undersigned on the specified opening date and time.

Additional notes:
- All Rate of Contracting documents must be completed before opening of the technical bid.
- Bidder’s office should have a functional corporate office in Quetta; audited accounts and price lists must be provided as required.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the announced opening date and time on the EPS.
