MES Tender: Pre-qualification for Minor Repair, Maintenance & Miscellaneous Works at HQ 340 Bde & 34 Inf Div (Rwp AOR)

Issuer: Military Engineering Services (Garrison Engineer (Const) SSD Hvn). Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for minor repair, maintenance and miscellaneous works for the current financial year.

Eligibility and requirements:

- Only firms/contractors enlisted with MES in categories 'A', 'B', 'C' & 'D' may apply. - Firms/contractors not borne on the MES approved list must provide a certificate with details of works executed during the last two years and works in hand, using the prescribed proforma. - Firms/contractors not registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council will not be considered for issue of tender documents. - Tender documents will be issued only to prequalified firms/contractors; details of works can be obtained from the office of the concerned executive on any working day.

Submission and opening:

- Tenders must be received in the office of the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 15 Sep 2026 and will be opened at 1230 hours on the same day. Contractors may be present at the time of opening.
