Submission & Bid Security: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be applied. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR/Banker’s Cheque/Bank Guarantee in favour of Director, Veterinary Research Institute, Lahore. Bids must be uploaded via the Punjab E-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on the closing date. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day 30 minutes after closing time.
