ESEF KP Re-Invitation for Bids: IT Equipment for Global Virtual School

The Elementary & Secondary Education Foundation (ESEF), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for the procurement of I.T. equipment and allied accessories for the Global Virtual School. Bidding is open to manufacturers or their authorized dealers/partners registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Bids must be uploaded via the KP e-Procurement System (EPADS) and the bid documents may be downloaded from https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Submission deadline: 2026-08-10 at 02:30 PM; only technical bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the Conference Room, ESEF Office, Peshawar. A 2% bid security in original (CDR/DD/Pay Order/Banker's cheque) in the name of "Managing Director ESEF KP Peshawar" is required; bids by hand/post/courier/email/fax will not be accepted.
