Tender Notice — Conservation & Value-Chain Development Projects (Non-Timber Forest Products), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Directorate of Non Timber Forest Products, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Forest Department (Shami Road, Peshawar) invites sealed bids through the EPADS e-procurement system for works under ADP projects “Conservation and Value Chain Development of Local Honey Bees in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa” and “Diversifying Livelihood Opportunities through Value Chain Development of High Value Chilghoza Pine Forest in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa”. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and with the relevant authorities (PEC where applicable), and hold active KPRA and FBR/NTN registrations.

Key instructions:

- Procurement method: Single Stage One Envelope under PPRA Rules 2014 (or ADP project rules specified).

- Bidding documents and BOQ can be downloaded from the EPADS e-procurement portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) after publishing of the NIT. Scanned BOQ must be uploaded at time of bid submission via EPADS.

- Proposals/bids must be submitted through EPADS. The bidder must be registered with EPADS, PEC (if applicable), KPRA and FBR (active NTN).

- A 2% call deposit is required for each work. Incomplete or late bids will not be entertained. All taxes will be deducted as per government/KPPRA rules.

- The procuring entity may reject any or all proposals and may cancel the procurement at any stage as per KPPRA rules.
