Court Notice: NRSP Microfinance Bank Recovery Case Against Tariq Mahmood — Peshawar

The Federal Judicial Complex, Hayatabad, Peshawar has issued a recovery notice in Case No. 62/01 in proceedings involving NRSP Microfinance Bank (office stated as 18 Commercial, Jahangirabad Stop, University Road, Peshawar) against Tariq Mahmood son of Mohammad Yaqoob and addressed to Liaquat Ali. The bank claims outstanding principal, costs and markup totaling Rs. 24,223,986.

The notice directs the addressee to file a written defence or appear within 30 days of publication under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001. Failure to respond may result in ex-parte action and decree being passed against the respondent.
