FDE Invitation to E-Bid — Renovation of Science Laboratories in Islamabad Schools

Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training invites e-bids for renovation of science laboratories in educational institutions of FDE, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADs (eprocure.gov.pk) in accordance with the instructions in the bidding document.

Key conditions and instructions:

- Bidding documents and submission via EPADs version 2.0 only (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual submission without EPADs submission is not allowed.

- Interested firms must submit Technical and Financial Proposals as per the RFP.

- Bid security must be furnished as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Director (P&D), Federal Directorate of Education (FDE). A copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the technical proposal and the original CDR submitted with the technical proposal — firms without the original CDR will be rejected during technical evaluation. Cash/cheque is not acceptable.

- Procuring agency reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of laboratories or reject any or all bids as per applicable regulations; tenders will be evaluated per Public Procurement Rules and FDE procurement guidelines.

- Electronic bids must follow the instructions prescribed in the bidding documents and will be opened on the date and time given above. No bid will be accepted after the closing time.

- A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of PMU, M/O F&PT, Old PMU Building, G-7/1 Islamabad for clarifications.
