The Bank of Punjab invites applications for the position of Unit Head – Central & North Litigation (Legal Group). This senior litigation role is based in Lahore and requires an experienced litigation lawyer to manage the Bank's legal interests, supervise external counsel and handle high-value court matters across relevant jurisdictions.

| Key Responsibilities | Manage and safeguard the Bank's rights and interests in litigation; oversee the litigation portfolio; supervise vetting of plaints, petitions, appeals and related pleadings; represent or coordinate filings in competent jurisdictions and quasi-judicial forums; ensure timely issuance of POAs to external counsels; provide legal guidance on settlements and compromises; manage and liaise with external counsels; ensure provision of information/documents from Business Units and RMS; recommend lawyers for empanelment and process approvals per legal SOPs. |
| Eligibility – Qualification | Minimum LLB or relevant legal qualification from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university/institute. |
| Eligibility – Experience | Minimum 9 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, banking laws, criminal laws, corporate & recovery laws. |
| Age | Up to 55 years as on date of application. |
| Remuneration | Market-based competitive remuneration. |
