A public sector organization seeks an experienced, analytical ERP Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, oversight and post-development optimization of an ERP system in a technologically challenging environment. This is a contractual position with a competitive, negotiable package.

Qualification Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or Finance/Accounting.
Certification Relevant certifications in ERP software preferred.
Experience Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; proven full-lifecycle ERP implementations in manufacturing/industrial environments; expertise in process mapping, workflow design, internal controls and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process assessment & gap analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies and control weaknesses.
  • ERP design & system integration — implement ERP-based model integrating sales, procurement, production, inventory, and financial/costing systems.
  • Real-time data & business intelligence — develop dashboards and analytical tools to monitor cost trends, procurement efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Continuous optimization & reporting — identify inefficiencies, analyze data and recommend corrective actions.
