Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for disposal/sale of approximately 20,800 metric tons of sealed wheat stock lying in rice mills, grain merchants' warehouses and private godowns in District Usta Muhammad. Sale will be on a "Where-is, As-is" basis through competitive bidding.

| Inspection | Prospective bidders may inspect the sealed wheat stock at District Usta Muhammad during office hours before submitting bids. No claim regarding quality, moisture or quantity will be entertained after bid submission. |
| Bid Security | Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 20,000 in the shape of CDR/Bank Draft in favour of the Director General, Commodity Management Department, Balochistan. |
| Reserve Price | Reserve price: Rs. 3,500 per 40 kg (as fixed by the Federal Government) |
| Payment & Delivery | Payment will be made on the basis of 100% actual weighment at the time of delivery. Delivery shall be supervised by the authorized Release Committee in presence of purchaser's representatives and the successful bidder. Loading, transportation and incidental expenses to be borne by purchaser. |
| Submission & Opening of Bids | Bid submission and opening: Bids to be submitted and will be opened on 2026-09-03 at 09:00 AM. |
| Other Conditions | Commodity Management Department/District Administration reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable procurement laws. Further details available from the Director General, Commodity Management Balochistan. |
