NHA Invitation to e-Bids for 20 Routine Maintenance Contracts on Sukkur–Multan Motorway (M-5)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Office of General Manager Sukkur – Multan Motorway (M-5).

Purpose: Invitation to e-bids for 20 routine maintenance work packages on the Sukkur–Multan Motorway (M-5).

Eligibility: Contractors registered with the Income Tax Department and active taxpayers. Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE and CE-10 is required.

Procurement & submission: Method of procurement is Single Stage–Two Envelope as per the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted through the NHA e-bidding system; detailed bidding documents, instructions and conditions are available on the NHA e-bidding portal.

Work packages: Twenty separate routine maintenance contracts (contract numbers RM-MS-2026-01 through RM-MS-2026-20) covering sections of the Sukkur–Multan Motorway (M-5). Detailed chainages, scope and estimated costs for each contract are provided in the e-bidding documents.
