Public Notice: Transfer of Leasehold for Residential Plot Svy No. 223/3/3, Abbottabad Cantt

Issuer: Military Estate Officer, Hazara Circle, Abbottabad.

Notice of proposed transfer/mutation of leasehold rights for a residential plot (Svy No. 223/3/3) measuring 1248.01 sq yd located at Club Road, Abbottabad Cantt, held on lease under Schedule DX-C of the CLA Rules, 1937 in the name of Mrs. Shereen Daud Khan W/o Sultan Daud Khan. The lessee passed away on 2024-04-13 and a Letter of Administration was issued by NADRA dated 2026-02-20 naming the following legal heirs.

Anyone having objections to the stated inheritance may file objections within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice; objections received after that period will not be entertained. On expiry of the objection period, the leasehold rights will be transferred/mutated in the name of the listed legal heirs in the records of this office.
